How We Train — ERPNext End-User Training

A successful ERPNext implementation isn't just about configuration — it's about your team being confident and independent on the system. Our training program is designed to get every user type — from data entry operators to department heads to system admins — fully capable of running their day-to-day operations in ERPNext.

Training Philosophy

We don't do generic software demos. Every training session is:

  • Role-based — tailored to what each user actually needs to do
  • Process-mapped — your real workflows, not textbook examples
  • Hands-on — participants practice on your staging environment with your actual data
  • Recorded — every session is recorded and shared for future reference

For clients migrating from another system (Tally, SAP, legacy ERP), we conduct feature-by-feature mapping — showing exactly what changed, what improved, and how existing workflows translate to ERPNext.
